Do you want to work closely with production and help ensure efficient, quality-assured, and well-prepared manufacturing processes? We are now looking for a Production Engineer / Preparer for an assignment within the automotive industry. This role is suitable for those who thrive in the intersection of technology, production, and improvement work.

In the role of Production Engineer/Preparer, you will work on developing, preparing, and optimizing our production processes. You will ensure that production has the right conditions in terms of methods, instructions, material flows, and technical documentation. The work is carried out in close collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, purchasing, and project organization.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Preparing new and existing products in the production system

• Creating, updating, and quality-assuring work instructions, operation descriptions, and bill of materials

• Optimizing production flows, cycle times, and resource utilization

• Participating in the industrialization of new products and production changes

• Analyzing and managing production and quality deviations

• Working with continuous improvements according to Lean principles

• Collaborating with suppliers and internal functions during changes

We are looking for someone who has:

• Technical education (YH, university, or equivalent work experience)

• Experience as a production engineer, preparer, or similar role within manufacturing or the automotive industry

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, reading technical drawings, and production preparation

• Experience with production systems

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
